Homello is a directory of UK new-build developments. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

We are not an estate agent

We do not sell or let property, and we are not a party to any transaction. Enquiries you send are passed to the developer or their sales agent, who deals with you directly. Any contract for a home is between you and them.

Accuracy of listings

Development details — prices, availability, completion dates, images, amenities and scheme sizes — come from developers and other public sources. They change often and may be out of date or incomplete. Nothing here is an offer or a valuation.

Always confirm the details directly with the developer, and take your own legal and financial advice, before making any decision or payment.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry you confirm the details you give are your own and are accurate, and you agree we may pass them to the relevant development's sales team. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Please do not use enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Content and copyright

The site's design, text and compiled data belong to us or our licensors. Development imagery and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. You may browse and share links freely, but please do not scrape or republish the directory in bulk.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on listing information, from dealings with a developer, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
