Homello for agents
List your homes for free. Keep every enquiry.
Homello is a UK property portal that charges agents nothing to list. Your homes appear with your name and logo, every enquiry goes to your branch, and there is no contract to sign.
What it costs
£0 per branch
Listing on Homello is free, and it stays free.
- No listing fee
- No contract
- No charge per enquiry
For comparison, Rightmove reported average revenue of £1,636 a month per agency advertiser in the first half of 2026. That is an average across its agents, not a price list. Rightmove plc, 31 Jul 2026
What free means
- Your homes for sale and to rent, refreshed every day.
- Every enquiry about your listing sent to you, with no charge per enquiry.
- A branch page with your logo, your listings and your contact details.
- No contract and no invoices. Add or remove homes whenever you like.
How Homello makes money
Not by charging agents to list. Our income comes from services around the move: valuation requests that homeowners choose to send to agents, mortgage and moving partners, and optional extras for agents who want more exposure. Listing, enquiries and your branch page stay free.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one you can do right now.
Step 1
Check whether your homes are already here
Search for one of your listings or your branch name. Most agents' homes are already on Homello, credited to the branch marketing them.
Step 2
Tell us where enquiries should go
Email team@homello.co.uk with the address enquiries should reach, your phone number and your logo. If your homes are not here yet, say so and we will set them up from your website or a feed you already publish. There is nothing to install.
Step 3
Enquiries come to you
From then on, every enquiry about one of your listings goes to the branch, and your branch page shows your logo and details. Next, we are building a claim link and a dashboard so you can manage all of this yourself.
Ready now? Email team@homello.co.uk.
Your listings, on your terms
Agents’ homes appear on Homello so that home hunters can see everything on the market in one place. Three rules go with that.
Credited to you
Every listing carries your branch name and logo and points enquiries to you, never to us or to another agent.
Removed when you ask
Use the take-down form and the listing comes off within two working days. You do not have to give a reason.
Kept current
Listings are checked daily. Homes that are sold, let or withdrawn come off, so no one enquires about a home that has gone.
Want a listing removed? Send a take-down request.
What agents told us, and what we do about it
We read what agents say about property portals in the trade press and surveys. These are the problems that come up again and again.
01
Fees that keep going up
Rightmove reported average revenue of £1,636 a month per agency advertiser in the first half of 2026, up 8% on a year earlier. In a survey of 411 agents by We Are Unchained, just 31% said their portal of choice was fairly priced.

Our answer: Nothing. Listing, enquiries and your branch page are free.
02
Contracts that roll on, and prices that change at short notice
Zoopla’s member terms renew automatically for successive 12-month periods unless an order form says otherwise, and allow fee rises on at least 15 days’ notice (clauses 11.1 and 8.10).

Our answer: No contract at all. Add or remove your homes whenever you like.
03
Leads that don’t become instructions
The same survey found agents want better leads, not “browsing tenants and serial tyre-kickers”.
Our answer: Every enquiry about your listing comes to you. When a homeowner asks us for a valuation, they choose which agents hear from them.
Built to work with AI
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other assistants where to live, what a home is worth and what is for sale near them. Homello is built so those assistants can read it and pass people on to the right agent.
- Every listing and area page carries structured data (schema.org) describing the home, its price, its size and its agent, so an assistant can read it rather than guess.
- Pages are plain, fast and open to AI crawlers. We do not block them and we do not hide facts behind a sign-up.
- When an assistant recommends a home it found on Homello, it can name the agent, and the enquiry goes to that agent.
Next, we are building direct connections for Claude and ChatGPT, so that people can search Homello from inside the assistant they already use. Agents pay nothing for any of it.
Questions agents ask
How much does it cost to list on Homello?
Nothing. There is no listing fee, no contract and no charge per enquiry, for as many homes and branches as you have. Listing, enquiries and your branch page stay free.
How does Homello make money if agents pay nothing?
From services around the move rather than from listing: valuation requests that homeowners choose to send to agents, mortgage and moving partners, and optional extras for agents who want more exposure. Any extra is clearly optional and never part of listing.
My homes are already on Homello. I did not put them there. Why?
We collect listings from public sources so that home hunters can see everything on the market in one place. Every listing is credited to the branch marketing it, enquiries go to that branch, and if you want a listing removed you can use the take-down form and it comes off within two working days.
Where do enquiries go?
To your branch, by email, with the property and the enquirer’s details. Tell us which address to use and we will route them there. We never pass an enquiry about your listing to another agent.
How do I get my homes on Homello, or update them?
Email team@homello.co.uk. We can set your listings up from your website or a feed you already publish, and we refresh them every day. There is nothing to install and no contract to sign.
What is a branch page?
A page on Homello for your branch, with your logo, your contact details and every home you have for sale or to rent. Send us your logo and phone number and we add them.
Do you charge for valuation leads?
Not today. When a homeowner uses our instant valuation and asks to hear from agents, they choose which agents to contact, and we pass their request on. If we ever charge for anything, it will be optional and described as an extra. Listing and enquiries stay free.
Can I remove a listing or leave?
Yes, at any time. Send a take-down request and the listing comes off within two working days, no reason needed. There is no contract, so leaving is the same as asking.
Who is behind Homello?
Homello is a trading name of Team Dimensions Ltd, a UK company registered in England and Wales, number 08348964. We are a small team building the portal with AI at every step, which is what lets us run it without charging agents.
