Sold price data requests

We display public HM Land Registry data and do not delete it. HM Land Registry handles corrections to the register; we re-import monthly, so a corrected record reaches the site within about six weeks.

Verified owners (proof of ownership and ID, handled by email; records kept for 90 days and then deleted) can ask for their sale to be hidden from public display. Hidden sales stay in the area averages but no longer appear in any address list. Hidden from the price pages within 7 days of verification; development pages update at the next site release.

Owner-supplied details are removable on request. Objections and access requests are answered within 30 days.
