Delete your Homello account

You can delete your Homello account, and everything it keeps, at any time: in the Homello app for Android, iPhone or iPad, or here on the website. You don't need the app to do it. Homello is run by Team Dimensions Ltd.

In the app

1. Open Homello and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at homello.co.uk.
2. Open Account settings and go to Security.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you can't sign in

Email team@homello.co.uk from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will delete it and confirm within one month.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, password and postcode.
• The homes and searches you saved, and the email alerts and app notifications they send.
• The homes you hid from your searches, and any reasons you gave for hiding them.
• Lists you made, for everyone in them. You leave any lists you joined, and homes you added to someone else's list stay in it.

It happens straight away and cannot be undone. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

What we keep

Enquiries and valuation requests you have already sent are kept for up to 24 months, so we can handle follow-up questions, and then deleted. The agents you contacted keep their own copy under their own privacy policy. Our Privacy Notice has the details.
