Vendor loves... "I was a first time buyer when purchasing. I loved the layout of the flat and it's unique features such as the side door and skylight which brings so much natural light into the flat. Lea Road is a quiet street with a cute pub at the end of the road. Many young families live here and the community is close. The Wonder pub hold yearly Christmas carols there and there is a bonus pizza van which I frequent regularly. The high street on Lancaster road has become a buzzy and vibrant street in the last 2 years with lots of small local businesses, restaurants and cafes which are lovely. I have changed some internal decoration and the garden layout but the heart and soul of the flat is what captured me to buy it. I love it here and would love for it to find someone else to give them the same platform it gave me..."
