OPSO (Older Persons Shared Ownership) is a government-backed scheme that allows individuals aged 55 and over to purchase a share of a property, typically between 10% and 75%, and pay rent on the remaining share. It aims to make homeownership more affordable for older people.
Hook is in north east Hampshire and is a large village situated close to the A30, just to the north of the M3 at Junction 5, about six miles from Basingstoke.
