About Pearl Yard Bermondsey – Buildings S & T
Buildings S and T are two rental towers under construction at Pearl Yard Bermondsey, the neighbourhood being created on the former Peek Freans biscuit-factory site in south London. Greystar appointed Sisk to deliver this 472-home market-rent phase, which is distinct from the development’s occupied buildings and separate affordable-housing parcels. The towers have reached their topping-out milestone, with off-site manufactured building components used during construction.
Planned facilities within the phase include a spa and swimming pool. The wider Pearl Yard regeneration introduces new streets, public spaces and commercial accommodation around the former factory buildings. Bermondsey Underground station connects the area to the Jubilee line, while Southwark Park is nearby. The overall development programme targets 2027, but the opening date and rental availability for Buildings S and T remain unconfirmed.
