Hawthorn Court is a specific phase within the highly-regarded Ledsham Garden Village master development, situated on Ledsham Road, Ledsham, Cheshire (CH66 4DF). The project is delivered by Redrow Homes, a premium housebuilder with a proven track record, evidenced by their maximum 5-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for seven consecutive years (as of the 2025 survey). The wider Ledsham Garden Village is a large-scale project designed to eventually feature 2,000 homes, alongside new local infrastructure.

Hawthorn Court consists primarily of high-quality, family-focused new build homes drawn from Redrow’s distinctive Heritage Collection. The development focuses on well-proportioned family living, primarily offering four-bedroom properties, though nearby phases at Ledsham Garden Village also offer three-bedroom options. A notable house type is the 'Grantham' townhouse, a three-storey home designed for modern, flexible family life. The typical layout of this home includes an open-plan kitchen/dining area and a separate, spacious lounge on the ground floor. A key feature is the top-floor bedroom suite, complete with its own private shower room, providing a dedicated sanctuary or a highly flexible space for guests or a grown-up child. All new build homes at Hawthorn Court are built to modern, energy-efficient specifications, which can lead to significant savings on utility costs. Furthermore, every home benefits from the provision of ultrafast broadband and potential for features like solar panels (check with the site agent for plot-specific inclusions), ensuring they are equipped for remote working and modern technology demands. Hawthorn Court offers a strategic location in West Cheshire, combining village tranquillity with excellent commuter accessibility. Road links are immediate and highly efficient, with direct access to the M53 and M56 motorways, facilitating swift journeys to key North West cities. Driving to the historic city of Chester is quick, taking approximately 12 minutes (approx. 7 miles). Public transport is available with the nearby Line 22 bus route providing an express connection into Chester in around 11 minutes. The closest rail station, likely Little Sutton or Capenhurst, offers Merseyrail services, with connecting journeys to Chester or Liverpool. For shoppers, the vast Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village and its associated leisure facilities are only minutes away. Day-to-day amenities are served by a Tesco Express close by, with a wider selection of shops and stores available in the nearby villages of Little Sutton and Great Sutton. Local primary schools, such as The Acorns Primary & Nursery School and Rossmore School in Little Sutton, cater to local families, and the wider Ledsham Garden Village master plan incorporates future amenities including a shop, community building, allotments, and meadow parkland. Hawthorn Court is an active phase of new build homes.
