About Edition Birmingham
Edition Birmingham is a private apartment development on Brindley Drive, close to Centenary Square and the Library of Birmingham. It combines Park Residence and Centenary Tower, with one and two-bedroom homes across the two connected buildings. Construction is underway: Park Residence has reached its full height while work continues on Centenary Tower.
Earlier launch phases have sold out, and registration is open for the final apartment release expected in the first quarter of 2027. Planned shared facilities include a swimming pool and spa, fitness and yoga studios, co-working space, a residents’ lounge and private dining areas. Landscaped terraces are also proposed, including a podium space with a barbecue area and outdoor cinema screen. The city centre location provides access to Birmingham’s shops, cultural venues and rail connections. Amenity access and handover dates will depend on the development programme.
